Week 35 ELA Assignments
Imagine what happened after the story (continued from last week)…
Choose any character from any of the assigned novels you have read this school year.
- Write a fictional short story (approximately 5 pages) continuing the story.
- You may choose to write the story from that character’s point of view or from someone else's point of view
- You may choose to add another character, like a fortune teller, in order to tell the story.
- You will have two weeks to complete this assignment.
Complete the following CommonLit assignments:
- The Forgotten History of Memorial Day (Discussion)
- Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance (Discussion)
- Letter to Someone Living 50 Years from Now (Must log in to access this topic.)
