This collection of Medical Terminology flash cards features fifteen abbreviations that start with the letter "C." Abbreviations may have multiple meanings, while some terms have more than one abbreviation. Check the context and facility policy to determine which definition is appropriate. One abbreviation, cib, is a bit tricky. If you go back to the Latin origin of cibus, the abbreviation makes more sense.
