Abbreviations Related to the Lymphatic & Immune Systems

This set of medical terminology flash cards highlights fourteen abbreviations related to the lymphatic and immune systems. Many of my students mention that the lymphatic system is particularly difficult for them to remember, so I hope these flash cards help. Note that one should always look at the context of an abbreviation - many medical terminology abbreviations may stand for more than one term, and medical terms may have more than one abbreviation. This is not a complete list; however, these are some of the more common ones.
