How to Convert mL to cc – It Doesn't Get Any Easier Than This!

Conversion for cc to mL - Photo by Frank C. Müller
Many people who work in healthcare and other professions as well as family caregivers may need to convert volumes from mL (milliliters) to cc (cubic centimeters) or cc to mL. Relax! This is the easiest conversion I know.
  1. Converting mL to cc or cc to mL is a 1:1 conversion.
  2. Put another way, the number of mLs equals the number of ccs.
  3. Put yet another way, there is no math involved because the numbers are the same for mLs and ccs.
Need some examples?
  • 1 cc = 1 mL
  • 5 cc = 5 mL
  • 10 cc = 10 mL
  • 30 cc = 30 mL
  • 120 cc = 120 mL
  • 240 cc = 240 mL
  • 360 cc = 360 mL
  • 1000 cc = 1000 mL
Please note: This conversion does not include conversions for ounces!
